Is there OOTB functionality to enable users to logout using QlikView 11?

We have developed a QlikView application with a single document which will be accessed by multiple users online, through AccessPoint. We would like to know if there exists the OOTB functionality to enable these users to log out, as they currently are unable to switch user on the same machine and browser, even if the history and cookies have been cleared.

Hi,

To enable that you need to do following setting in QMC.

1. Go to QMC -> System - >Setup - >Web Server -> Authentication -> Authentication -> Select Option Login

2. Under Same Tab go to Login Address -> and Select "Alternate Login"

Click on Apply.

Go to Browser Setting -> Internet Options -> Go to Security -> Select Internet -> Security Level Zone -> Select Custom Level -> Go to End -> Select Prompt for Username And Password.

Hi,

It doesnt require any code change nor you need to develop any custom page.

QlikView has the alternate page already developed which has the functionality of giving login page.
