When someone does not have access to a QVW on access point.

he get this webpage:

But is it posible to go to a other webpage?

I am not sure this is doable in Qlik Access point. You can customize the some extent on the access point but not sure this is possible.

May be you can try with network router load balance approach before coimg to Qlikview access point apply filter and re - route traffic another page.
