From today one of my client suddenly is not able to use Qlikivew model as they aare unable to start Qlikview Server services and they are completely stuck.
What can be the cause and how can I resolve this .

Restart the whole server
Look in the WIndows Event logs - System and Application -- for an error message explaining the cause.
You should follow Rob's advise.
Else the most common reason i encounter is when the user account password has been changed.
Does this effect the other services also? or just the QlikView Server service?
Make sure the server can get to the root folder location.

Issue has been resolved by restarting the whole server machine.
