User not able to login to dashboard?

I have granted access to user, once user enter login credentials to dashboard. Below message pop ups to user.

I have granted the access to user correctly. other users are able to access but only one user is not able to access and getting below error

Any one please advice?

have you assigned CAL on server , how it is dynamic cal assignment or you do it manual??

Hi Durga,

This might be a Section Access issue?

Also be aware that if your using AD groups in your security, and added the user to a group recently then it may take some time (and the user to log off and back onto their computer) before the permissions become active.

Dear Durga,

   If your user are able to see the application on Access Point, and after open the app, your problem is Section Access. Open you load editor and understand how the users are being registered to have access for all/specific data.

Hi durga,

if you have this message but your use can see this dokument on the surface of Access Point, then try to ckeck:

In QMC: Folders: Documents >User Documents > Document CALs > below: Assigned User> then you should select your User and very important if you selected your user: Dont Forget to check the Button: Apply
