Username & Password do not accept in QV iPad client

Hi,

I'm using small business edition 112SR7. We do not have web connection and have access ONLY within corporate network.

However, I cannot use Qlikview Ipad app. After I set up the access point, it prompt for user name and password.

I have no idea what is that user name and password since nothing work.

Appreciate if you could give me some guidance OR any material for trouble shooting.

Dear Senarath,

It's the same credential you use to authenticate to login to your computer, if you are using Active directory. If you are using custom user, you have to ask to your Qlikview admin.
