WebTicketing Works but No Documents Available in AccessPoint

I've implemented the Web Ticketing method at my company. After the user's credentials are validated,  my user is able to go from the portal page to Access Point.  When he gets to Access Point, none of the Qlikview docs appear.  Is there something else I need to set?

Yes, you have to give the users access to the documents.

You have to provide access on the documents to the users to what they have access to.

it can be done as shown below. you can change the options there as per the need.
