Can you rename the document and then try to open it.

And also do not open it from Desktop recent options rather, Open QV desktop and then file-> open the file.

Thanks,

You could also try opening it without data, right click qw in Recnelty Opened Documents.

Did you try what @Bill mentioned?

or can you copy that file and rename it, and then try to open it.

I hope you have a production copy available.

I trie to do the following things:

1_I opened the file without data;

2_ I created a copy of my file, I renamed it and then I tried to open this new file in this way : Open QV desktop -file-> open the file.

Best regards,

Giulia

I am afraid that the file might have got corrupted. Do you have a copy of it at different server?

Can you try below steps:

Open QlikView Application -> Help -> About QlikView -> Left side bottom you will see QlikView logo, right click on the logo, a new window will open.

     Here find the variable called "ApplicationRescue" click on that, set the value 1 and click on set.

     Close qlikview and then try to open your corrupted qlikview application.

Unfortunately we don't have a copy of the document in an another server.

I tried with this new method but the result is the same.
