We're using Publisher. My experience has been to assign access at the individual document level, and normally to an Active Directory group, or occasionally to "All Authenticated Users."
Is it possible to assign user/group access at a folder level, then have documents within the folder inherit the folder’s user/group access? I like the concept, but don’t know if it’s possible - does anyone know?
