Hi Sekhar,

Are all QlikView services up and running in the Windows Services Console (Run > services.msc)?

If yes, is the account member of the Local Administrators group?

Hi Miguel,

All services are in running mode only.

The account running the QlikView services must be member of the local administrators group, otherwise, that will not work. Similar than using Local System account instead of a local or domain proper user.

Hi Miguel,

I am the member of the local administrators group and I have used local system account but still server is down.

Thanks,

Chandu

Account running the QlikView services (not yours) must be a local administrator group member.

QlikView will not work with Local System account.

What do the Windows Event Viewer say?

Windows Event Viewer IS SHOWING ALL SERVICES ARE RUNNING WITH SERVER LOGIN.

Are you allowed to set the server license? Do the rest of services appear in green in the QMC status window?
