Hi,
The AMP offering at the moment makes it an excellent time to start moving across to Qlik Sense, and if you go with Qlik's cloud offering you will not need to invest in any new hardware or infrastructure. By utilising Qlik's Data Transfer Tool you can have your existing QlikView QVD generators running on premise and the tool pushing your data to the cloud and kicking off a refresh.
One of the things which is not so easy in the Cloud is monitoring usage. If you have Session or Usage licences on QlikView you will get Capacity Minutes, which are highly flexible and drawn down as users view apps. These minutes then refresh each month. Keeping tabs on the minutes used against where you would expect to be in the month is crucial.
This is why I produced this application to monitor and alert on usage:

Analyzer Capacity Monitor App
The app monitors capacity minutes, but if you also have auto-allocate on Analyzer and Professional licences, the code can be modified to monitor the uptake of those also.
Hope that you find this useful!
