About İnventory Calculation

Hi all, I need the formulas for inventory,cumulative inventory and average inventory caculations. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.

In excel, It showing the content is like below

Sum({<Date = {'>= 2017-02-02 <= 2017-02-15'}>}Inventory)
