Calculation of commissions

Hi all,
No such approach this solution. Please can you help?

First I have an array of commissions.

Second I have a discount value "% Dto1" applied at invoice lines, which I must compare to the fileds "PorMayor" and "PorMenor" to the end, apply the "Comisión" field.
I do it in the script? better in the Document?
