Custom User through QMS

I would like to know if anyone found a way to add/remove users from Custom Directory using the QMS API.

Can anyone please help me?

you have try to call DSC wsdl API throw this URL

http://[QLIKVIEW.DSC.SERVER]:4730/DSC/Service?wsdl

there is a method called SetNewResources.
