Documents that have just been created can no longer be opened

Hello,

Qlikview Personnal Edition on Windows11 x64

Since the windows11 update in august and especially september 2024. all the documents created on my PC no longer open (message: this qlikview document was created by another user of the personal edition ....)

which is not the case (only one user on this PC). If I create a new document, save it, close it and try to open it again within a minute, I always get this message. this has been the case since the last windows11 update. in august I lost all my documents, it took me almost a month to rewrite the main documents.

now since the last windows update, i can't even do that, as it's immediately unusable.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

NB I tried revoking the last Windows update and reinstalling Qlikview ... but nothing worked!

@gmoreaubell What version of Qlikview are you running? What Windows updates was installed?

QlikView's Personal Edition is tied to the user account that created the document. If you've changed accounts or if the Windows update affected user profile you may experience unexpected issues.
