Hi,
I try open document by desktop using 'open in server'. I try with:
qvp://qlikview.com (accesspoint url)
qvp://servername.com
And got the error massage:
I can 'open URL' with AccessPoint and open any document.
I have my own Assigned Cal, the desktop and server are in same version, the port 4747 is open.
Can it be related with NTFS authentication? Do you know what security settings should be checked?
I would check two things, and if they don't help, I'd contact Support directly:
1) Check the RC4 advisory for QV. It's probably unrelated but worth looking at just to make sure since it can do some weird things.https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/QlikView-server-communication-interruptions-...
2) Check the packet traffic to see if your packets are getting to the server at all (you can do this using Wireshark or similar tools). If you're not getting to the server, talk to your sysadmins. If you are, it's probably something local and you should investigate your QV server logs for any information that might be pertinent (support can help you do that, I assume).
