Local Install of QVS - Can't find LocalHost

Hi All,

I've just installed a local version of QVS, primarily to use with Workbench development. The install went fine, without error. But when I tried to open the Management console via IE it couldn't find the page: http://localhost:4780/qemc/default.htm

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Fixed this by going into the Server and Web Service to change the login information. Once server restarted I was able to access the QEMS
