Mapping the location in Clustering

Hi,

I have done the clustering with individual Accesspoints.

Now i am not able to map the Primary server document location in the server . I am trying the  mapping in the below way through map drive.

file://serverip//d\\serverip\\dfile://serverip//documentslocation. But after providing this it is showing as  Qlikview Server service as off duty .

Did any one faced the similar issue. request your suggestion.
