I am not able to open QEMC and QMC.
Environment Details:
QlikView Developer Version – 10.00.9282.8 SR 4
Window OS - Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Service Pack 1 (64 bit edition)
Number of CPUs – 24
Ram Amount – 64.0 GB
All the QlikView services are started. I am sending all the services details, software installation details.
Also Internet Explore screen details.
All the file are attached in JPEG format.
Please help me on this ASAP.

Have you made sure that the user rtying to run QMC is in the Qlikview Administrators group on the QV Server?

then try to open access point.

instead with localhost, try to open it with URL that contains full server name.

Hard to suggest what to do, but try with this:
- see if there is anything written in QV Management log file on the server
- check server event log
- verify under which account that service is running (it should be dedicated QV service account)
- try to call AccessPoint portal with IE from the server. See does it work.

AccessPoint portal with IE from the server is working well.
All the scheduled task is also working well.
But QEMC and QMC is not opening by IE (Internet Browser)
