Pop up on Radar chart dimension

Hi,

I've never seen it before, but I was wondering if it is possible to have a pop-up when the user hovers over the dimension of a radar chart?

For example, say the Dimension is called BookNumber, I'd then like to show the BookDescription when the user hovers over the Dimension(BookNumber)
