Maybe the feature of session recovery is responsible for it - within the access point clikc on the small link "View Details" by this application and there remove the last document state. Or there is an issue with the shared files - after making a copy of it you could remove it and open then app again whereby this will remove all server objects but you would know if this is the cause. Are the shared files are responsible you could try with the Power Tools 1.2 for QlikView to look into them and also to repair them.
