Qlik Map Extension Not Working on QlikView 11.20

Hello, I couldn't get the extension to work so I downloaded the demo and it doesn't work either.

I've searched around with no results.

It does appear on the market that QlikTech makes this extension...so I'm confuseded.

What browser are you using ? are you running through a proxy
