Set Analysis - can't get totals for multiple values to work for me

Hi Everyone,

I'm am trying to total up values for open orders within the current period with a specific reason code using set analysis as the current selections shows closed orders for the current period only - i.e Sales already invoiced. I have tried the following which have not worked:-

({$<~[Order Status]={C}, [Reason Code]={17}.....

({S<[Order Satus]-={C}, [Reason Code]={17}.....

({S<[Order Satus]={}, [Reason Code]={17}.....

Any suggestions much appreciated.

to clarify the question above. My current selections are as per the image below:

The purpose of the Sales dashboard is to show closed orders (i.e. Order Status = C) for the current period and market segments selected or any other selections made, e.g. region, country, etc). I now want to add another object on the dashboard to summarize the values of Open Orders (i.e. Order Status <> 'C') showing totals for different held reason codes within the selected markets, regions, countries etc while still viewing the closed orders in the main table below.
