Time Buckets

Hi Team,

I need to create the monthwise/teamwise Time buckets in the below manner.

Requests completed

<15 Hours

>15 <24 Hours

>24 Hours

The time calculation from start to end should exclude the weekends.

Need your help to achieve this.

I tried to create the count of each bucket by RequestId wise.It should be one always .However could you please help me in the set analysis.Kindly confirm what I am missing in that

Hi Martin,

If I check by team,I want to know the count of Requests closed within 24 hours and 24 to 48 hours etc..

In your file I just added by request Id.
