Unable to connect to OLE DB

Hi

 

A team member is receiving the following error when trying to reload a dashboard. Is this a firewall issue or something?

The error you are experiencing is addressed in Qlik Support article Failed to connect to QlikView Connector or Failed to unbundle QVConnect in QlikView Desktop. You may need to request an exeption to group policy from the system or domain administrator.
