Hi
QMC → System → Licenses
Depending on your QlikView version, you can see:
License/serial information
LEF information
Assigned Named CALs
Assigned Document CALs
Usage/consumption information
2. See when a CAL was last used
For Named CALs, go to:
QMC → System → Licenses → QlikView Server → Client Access Licenses (CALs)
Look for the Last Used / Last Login information. The exact column names depend on your QlikView Server version.
Thanks, but no. I know those screens, and there I do not see all users I know I had granted a license.
Normally the assigned licenses should display in the QMC. Which kind of licensed do you have on your Qlikview environment? Professional / Analyzer? UserCal/DocCal? Other?
I don't know if this is the supported or offical way of viewing licenses, but I've found the sqlite database file found in %programdata%\QlikTech\LicenseService useful to look at when it comes to Qlikview licensing.
It holds a both assigned license info and capacity consumption if you have such licenses.
No, this is not up-to date as you might expect and too many rows even do not contain any datetime in the LastUsed(UTC) column, so it's useless
the Licenses_assignments table only contains date when a license has been assigned/created. where can I find the last DateTime used value?
Thanks
