last 3 releases

hello

i'm working on Quality Control for software releases

the data set contains the versions 3.1.26 till 3.1.33

I want to create a line chart that shows number of defects for the last 3 releases

the last 3 are of course versions 3.1.33,3.1.32, and 3.1.30

how can I tell in the chart that these are the last 3 ?

please advise
