selecting a greyed-out value releases all valid filters
I have a Dashboard which behaves normally on most selections; selecting a greyed-out value releases the filters it conflicts with.
BUT; sometimes selecting a greyed-out value releases ALL filters. I can then select a filter that released and show that it is not conflicting with the value that was greyed-out and is now selected.
