Try like:

Load

          Year(Date#(YeraMonth, 'MMMYYYY')) as Year,

          Month(Date#(YeraMonth, 'MMMYYYY')) as Month

Edit: Added a missing 'Y' in the format

This way, Month would be a text field and we should avoid that.
