How to Customize Email Body in Qlik Cloud Reporting Service with Recipient's First Name?

Hello everyone,

I’m currently working with Qlik Cloud Reporting Service to send automated reports by email.
I would like to know if there is a feature or method that allows customizing the email body, for example by adding the recipient’s first name in the text (like “Hello [First Name], here is your report…”).

Does Qlik offer a native option for this?

The way I deal with it is by creating html report with user filter which is then customised to reflect recipient details and use that html as embedded email content. That allows me to build fully customised email body with all the required styling etc..

Yes, Qlik Cloud Reporting Service supports customizing the email body with the recipient's name using special placeholder tags, but this feature is primarily available when you use an HTML Report Template as the email body.
