How to find out the records of which type is ADD & repeated in both Policy & Refund register

Dear Members

I need to find out records of which type is ADD & appearing in the refund register. As per my data record that satisfy both conditions is  RA1C0002. How I will create a separate flag for cases such as this.

If(TYPE='ADD' and not isnull(TR_DATE),POLICY_NUMBER) will get you the policy number, if I am correct in assuming that "appearing in the refund register" means "having a value in the TR_DATE column".

If you'd like this in a set analysis, use e.g.

SUM({< TYPE = {"ADD"}, TR_DATE = {"*"} >} AMOUNT)
