How we can create concatenated table which contains only primary keys from different tables for an example

Table1                                 Table2                                     Concatenated table

col1(pk),col2,col3          (pk) col3,col2,col3            Col1(pk), col3(pk)

If you are looking for a single table, you can join tables using primary keys.

Or please elaborate with sample data for better understanding.
