Deallocate license for deleted users

Hello,
Following the deletion of users, we have licenses allocated to deleted users and we can not recover the licenses.
What should we do?

Thanks in advance.

Contact support.

The way I deal with it is by adjusting Qlik Sense repository DB through SQL, but if you are not familiar with it then contact support.

cheers

Qlik Sense has a license quarantine period of 7 days after a user has been allocated a CAL.  The only way to reallocate that CAL is to ensure that the user does not use the license for 7 days.  At that point you can assign it to another user.

else you can check with Qlik Support.

Hi @anat - you are talking about license assignment to existing users when this is a case when users were removed from User list in Qlik Sense - so this is completely different issue and has nothing to do with quarantine.
