How do I see an individuals security access? How do I know what streams a particular user has access to?

If I want to look at an individual user who might have access to multiple streams, how do I find out every stream that they have access to? I can audit the security rules for each stream to see if they have access, but is there somewhere in the monitoring apps that would just show a simple list of streams that a user(s) has access to?
