Qlik sense not able read particular folder

Hi Team,

There seems to be an issue with Qlik Tasks connecting to our folder structures. As a result, the apps are not getting reloaded as they should be, including our Task that the business utilises on a daily basis. This is also used for their end of month reconciliation for management discussions. Root admin not able access particular folder

I have attached the error for your Reference.

Could you please guidance me. This as a matter of urgency as the business has started to question this failure.

Thanks,

Rajesh

Do service user has read/ write rights on concern folder? service user  must be admin and log on as service group.

Did you check the connection path, is it reachable from rim node?

The service user have to have access to all files in the Shared folder. The picture you attached shows Access Denied on the file in windows. Have you tried changing the security as the error suggest?
