Hello everyone!
We have a proplem with use access.
Our Root admin that had access earlier doesnt have access anymore to QMC.
Error message is
>"The account is inactive. Contact your administrator to activate it."
It seems that we are locked out from our Qlik now.
Do we need to reinstall Qlik sense now?

Does any user have access to run a UDC task to enable the Root Admin again, usually this is du to some logic on the LDAP connection?
Are the users flagged as removed externally?

Our AD-guys did some tricks and moved some groups without telling us. Thats why we were locked out.

Do you know that is only way access now QMC via root admin that installed licence?
And does re installing qlik and using same licence work?

Is your Root Admin also the Qlik Service Account (the user that the Qlik services runs on)?
