"Geen toegangspas" (no acces for analyzer users)

Multiple users of our platform get the message "Geen toegangspas" (no acces for analyzer users), does anyone know what to do about this?

We already restarted the servers, this didn't help so far.

Are you able to see the license metrics in the QMC? (Qlik Management Console)?
