I would like to know what is the purpose of the ClientQlik user?
we received an alarm every hour from one of our security tools which say:
"The user X509N:CN=QlikClient failed to log in because it is unknown in the domain."
But there is not any user with the name of QlikClient.
Now, I have two questions:
1. What is the goal of ClientQlik?
2. How should we fix it?
Message "The user X509N:CN=QlikClient failed to log in because it is unknown in the domain." is referring to the QlikClient certificate, not an end user. You may need to redistribute the certificates from Central node.

I just have one Central node and its status is "5 of 5 services are running". Furthermore, it works fine.
So, in this situation, is it again a certification problem? and how should I resolve it?
Bests,

Hey @parviz_asoodehfard,
Note that X509 is a certificate type, so yes this error is related to QlikClient certificate. Are you having a larger issue with this environment or did you see this error and are looking for clarification? It could be the error was returned due to a brief lapse in communication between the services. If there isn't a larger problem, the error is likely benign. Hope this helps!
Best Regards
Hey @Chip_Matejowsky ,
we don't have any defect in the qlik function.
The reason we looking to solve this error is that the alarm raises every hour.
Our security team expects us to find a solution to resolve it.

Parviz
