Understood from below links which it is limitation of Qlik Sense during download visualizations where sheet titles, filter panes and widgets cannot be exported.

Although we have workaround to have the titles appearing the PDF whenever there is a download activity happen in the dashboard, however, we do hope to suggest the sheet titles can be included during visualizations download as PDF files.

On our Qlik Sense on SaaS platform we have recently improved the sheet export to include sheet titles, images and better support for Qlik Themes.  Also on  https://www.qlik.com/us/products/innovation-and-direction you will see self-service reporting whereby a user will be able to subscribe to a sheet (or Chart) to receive an email with PDF attached.

Sheet titles and dynamic sheet titles are included with PDF on Qlik Cloud.
