Get a configurable AppID in ODAG links (fix for bug QLIK-80806)

https://support.qlik.com/articles/000056504

When moving an ODAG selection app to another Qlik Sense site (for example from DEV to PROD environment), the ODAG navigation links in the selection app are broken and have to be recreated.

This is a known limitation of Qlik Sense as of the latest version (Qlik Sense September 2018). Currently, ODAG links point to AppID of template apps, which become invalid when being migrated to another Qlik Sense site because template AppIDs are not the same.
We need to get a configurable AppID in ODAG links, which allows migration of ODAG app from one Qlik Sense environment to another.

Issue since 2018.

Do you think it will fixed this century or we have to continue with no other option to manage large datasets?

Meanwhile  the recommended approach is to create ODAG links in using the API when moving to a new environment.

What does that mean "open - on roadmap" (As @Ian_Crosland  told on ‎2020-04-30)?

Does that mean, it is planned for the future or that you are working on it.
