ステータスコードだけで QSE ノードの状態を判断したい

外部ロードバランサからの切り離し用に ヘルスチェック専用URL (認証なし) でステータスコードだけで QSE ノードの状態を判断できるようにしたい。

Translation:

I want to be able to determine the status of the QSE node only by the status code in the health check dedicated URL (no authentication) for decoupling from the external load balancer.
