Many other ETL tools allow mutli-threaded processing.

Within a single Qlik app, there should be a functionality  to load data from different sources in parallel.

For example , data might come from 2 separate sources and both may take a long time to query and load-in. Instead of adding these loading times sequentially, the processes to load could take place in parallel and load time would be reduced significantly
