Instead of duplicating to different streams that have different user access, then having to manage each copy of the app when there are changes, it would be nice to have one version of the app published to multiple streams. Then you only have to copy the app and make changes once.

Hi @agherbert4 thank you for providing this idea. This idea has been here for a while but we wanted to provide you with an update. We are unfortunately not able to change the publishing flow in Qlik Sense Enterprise Client Managed. The ability to publish into multiple spaces does exists in our Qlik Sense SaaS offering. You select one space at a time, but you can publish multiple child's of the same parent into multiple different spaces to achieve what you are asking for in your idea.
