Qlik Application Automation “Call URL” block does not support HTTP OPTIONS according to this https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Methods/OPTIONS

For example, it’s not possible to call this endpoint https://docs.cloudshare.com/rest-api/v3/users/sponsoredlinks/sponsoredlinks

I see two ways of this

1. Adding OPTIONS as a selectable value for the block
2. Adding a custom value (power automate does this way)
