Hey there,

Using Qlik Application Automation I've seen that Send Mail block still requires you to set the SMTP configurations... Even if you've already set those on QMC.
It's not mandatory (and possibly it's even a remote condition in a Production environment?) to use the same credentials for both scenarios (QAA and regular Qlik Sense's mail purposes), but for testing scenarios it would be really helpful having those credentials already there

Thanks for sharing the question. 

The SMTP used for Qlik Sense Cloud is only used for internal notifications (sending emails to users), while the automation mail block can be used for external communication (to any recipient).  

We are however looking into more granular use of connectors, e.g. connector setup on tenant /space level that can be used by a specific group of users.

Thanks for the quick reply! Sure, the Automation block allows us to send more users... But in some cases (i.e. demos, internal use) I still don't feel the need to setup from zero the SMTP settings

So I would totally love to see some tenant-wise configurations (so both SMTP and connetors). Coming from a Qlik Sense on WIndows, I find more familiar a 'one-in-all-environment' configuration
