We wanted to use the ODATA Connector from the Qlik Web Connector packages.

Therefore we needed and encrypted token from an OAuth2 authentication to use in the Qlik Sense load script. This is done using the Helper Connector.

But the Website of the Web Connector allows only for 1000 characters as input. Even in the final script with a variable as input in the script execution this limit is enforced.

Please increase the limit at least to 2.000 or better to a higher value. Or configuarable using the deploy.config by connector or as a general setting

This is planned to be fixed in the next Qlik Web Connector standalone release, targeted for Oct/Nov 2022.

Yes, the Helper Connector was enhanced to allow for up to 5000 characters input. This was included in the December 2022 standalone Web Connector release, although unfortunately omitted in the release notes.
