During browsing of Qlik Sense sheets, if the websocket is broken, for example if I change the network from wired to wifi, I have a "Connection lost" error, asking to click on a "Refresh" button.
We have the same problem when we restart gracefully our Apache server : the Apache server is a reverse proxy to the Qlik Sense server. In this case all users displaying a Qlik Sense sheet have a "Connection lost" error message.
Is it possible to change how the connection lost error is managed :
- Display a "Trying to reconnect" message
- Try to refresh (same action as the Refresh button") several time after a few seconds
- If after some trials the refresh is not possible, display the "traditionnal" "Connection lost" error message.
This could lower the calls about Qlik Sense on our support.
