Having an "import list from file" button on the UI would be very helpful when selecting hundreds or thousands of tables to replicate, as at the moment you can only manually select them one by one.
Being able to import the list from a csv file would be enough.

We are currently planning on addressing this by implementing a REST API for task design.  We will update when this functionality is planned.

yes, this would be useful as requested, "import list from file" on the UI.  I'm about to convert an existing task to a log stream task and it means selecting the tables again.  200+
