Update scroll bar so that in table level view, once user has reached the bottom of the table, the scroll bar does not cover the last row. 

Some users are reporting that bottom scroll bar is covering the final row of tables which makes clicking/filtering on elements very difficult.

Yes, yes and yes! I submitted the same thing here after getting very frustrated with this recently: Qlik Sense - Table horizontal scroll only show ove... - Qlik Community - 1791384 It's closed as a dupe now so supporting this one.

Also just to note - this is much worse with the new styling where you can set the scroll bar to medium or large - in which case it covers the entire bottom row even if there's plenty of space for it to fit below.

It is very poor and users are likely to pick up on things like this as negative points.

Our users have voiced displeasure about this as well.  Usually I try to deal with this sort of thing within the CSS of theming, but this one is a little trickier...

Users complain about this feature in Qlik Sense, specifically when the table has only one record. The scroll bar cover the entire row. The data is almost hidden.
