Hi,

Within the Web Connectors Sharepoint O365, we would greatly appreciate an option to select a list of items or a view from a Sharepoint list.

As of today, we cannot retrieve the data in case of many recursive lookups within items.

We would be able to extract data from such a list if we could restrict the request to a limited number of items or if we could target a list view. 

There is a setting in Sharepoint, but unfortunately that view has too many items with too many lookups, so we cannot extract its data.

If we make an API call and do not specify any columns, we face the very same error:

https://share.company.net/sites/WriteOffApproval/_api/lists/getbytitle('WriteoffRequest')/items

However, if we restrict the number of colums then it works just fine.

Is this a bug @armandfrigo ? Might be worth raising with Qlik Support

I wish it was a bug, so we could get support, but it's not.

This requires an additional option with that connector.

The development team is currently working on this. It is targeted to be added in Qlik Sense SaaS by June 2022, and to be included in Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows in the August 2022 release.
