Qlik Alerting: Cannot connect to the server using mobile app

Cannot connect to the Qlik Alerting server through the mobile application using both QR code and specifying login credentials.

Resolution

 

Issue caused by a known product defect on Qlik Alerting server November 2020.

Workaround

 

Login using browser on the phone.
